Elise patiently helped me sort through lots of options I loved to make my final selections, was super responsive and genuinely seemed excited about my project. We decided to remodel our kitchen and do the work ourselves. Elise at Triton Stone helped us tremendously with picking Granite, tile back splash, sink, faucet, grout and accents. I am slowly renovating a home and have been to every store in the Richmond area that sells tile, this is hands down my favorite store based on customer service, price and options. The only downside is that you have to order and wait for your tile, but they can get their hands on anything and will price match off any internet price. If I remember correctly, they were much lower than half the price on subway tile than floor and décor. Definitely worth checking out. I also purchased a bathroom vanity off their showroom floor for 250, originally priced 2,200.
