Lake Michigan and its vast sand dunes are really something special. The hikes around this area can sometimes be quite challenging, but the scenery and views make it worth the effort. I also enjoyed the small, touristy little towns tucked among the forested hills.

Beautifully maintained like everything else, the views are spectacular, and the water is so clear up here as apposed to the more southern Lake Michigan lakeshore.

This has to be the most beautiful place on the planet. Did not know how incredibly beautiful Michigan's West Coast is. Sleeping Bear is our family's favorite place we've ever visited, then Joshua Tree National Park.

Could relax here longer than I had the time to. Plenty of space on the beach. Parking gets tight

A pretty spot with easy access and ADA accessible. Open during peak summer times but a nice self guided tour off-peak.
