Very difficult to pay I’ve tried several times to pay n was unsuccessful u can’t speak to anyone so be careful between Virginia n Maryland,dc express lanes.

I had a toll once. Paid it and was charged 50 dollars despite paying it. Was told I was an idiot peasant who needs to deal with it when I complained. Got another toll notice. Have tried to pay it online many times and the website never works. Called help and was hung up on several times. I don't know what to do, Emails go unanswered.
