We used gotugo exclusively on our farm for our Markets and Events in 2020. Not only are the units extremely clean and well-maintained, their customer service is top-notch! The reps at gotugo are responsive, and helpful, and easy to work with. The portable restrooms are delivered when they say they will be there, and picked up on schedule. We took this picture on our farm after one of our events in 2020, and this sums up how we feel about gotugo! Thanks for always making our rental experience a great one. We look forward to working with you again in 2021!

The venue for my daughter's wedding cancelled our event and we had to scramble to have it at a good friend's house and backyard. I needed a portable toilet ASAP. I had never rented one before. I called GOTTUGO and spoke with Terrie Dixon. She was amazing (you rocked it). They delivered and provided what they said they would. I highly recommend them. Thanks.
Love this company. They always show up as scheduled. If there is a service change they email with the details. The toilets are kept very clean. We keep getting compliments from our users. Thanks GotUgo!
Driver in truck # 11 changes lanes directly behind me with no signal as I am braking over a massive bump in the road, almost rear ends me then almost side swipes me as he tries to go around me. All of this, as he is on some kind of phone or tablet. Unacceptable practices while in a company vehicle. 9-21-20 Approx 7:40am Update 12/4/20 What more could you possibly need from me to do an investigation? I gave you the date, time, location and a picture of your careless driver ON his device. Do your \investigation\ based on that information. You clearly do not take this matter seriously and it shows.
COVID changes everything including wedding plans! We moved our reception outdoors to protect our guests which means we needed restroom facilities too. Shellie did an excellent job helping me plan. Excellent delivery, great communication throughout the process. Clean facility. I highly recommend gotugo!
