We were very pleased with the French drain extension done by Maryland Waterproofing and Foundation. They were conscientious of dust and dirt entering other areas of our home. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend their service.

I would give them a 4.5 stars. The customer service over the phone was terrible, the lady that answered the phone it’s not nice and makes you feel that you are bothering her; however, Stephen was AMAZING! He took the time to show, explain and answer all our questions. We had a wonderful experience with his visit and his work. I would definitely recommend this company and would use it again.
Three and a half stars would be more accurate. We are pleased with the work that was performed the end of June. It was completed in the promised three days. This is to be expected. Our problem is the black stains they left on our driveway. Everyday they would put a piece of carpet under their truck because it was leaking oil. Unfortunately they never placed the carpet under the leak. It took three days to complete so we have three black stains on out driveway. We are selling our home and the driveway had been pressure washed two weeks before. The gentleman In charge of the crew assured me they would return with a pressure washer and clean the spots. They did not. When they called for payment they had not corrected the problem so I reminded them of the stains. They said they would make arrangements. That was July 6th. Today is August 27th. We are not hopeful. Our advice is, if there is a problem hold payment until it is resolved. PS they also left some hardened concrete on our patio we had to bust up and remove.
Expensive but they garentee theyer work and it looks very nice after they finish. The air in my basement feels 90% dryer after this project was completed.
I was extremely pleased with the communication and service provided by everyone i came into contact with. Tonya, Steve and Keith were always helpful and professional. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this company if you want a forever warranty and a top notch job. I will also add that I was treated fairly cost-wise from the start. Thank you!
