When scheduled appointment which I was on phone for 4 hours to make no one ask what was going on with my microwave. So when tech came out he didn't have any parts have to wait 1 month for parts and repairman to return.
Wayne from Click, the service who checked my appliances said all are ok but the washer, it has a problem and I am set up for Wednesday 12/3/20, for Sears repair to come to my house between 1 and 5 pm to repair washer.
no appliances were checked to make sure they were properly connected, not leaking etc. Person who showed up had dirty hair smell. The amount of money spent was definitely wasted on this no service visit. Very disappointed, I asked to be contacted by a service rep and no one has called.
