I have an older kitty and she has been sick lately. She threw up on my comforter. I cleaned it as best I could but I knew it needed professional cleaning. I was going to go to a laundromat but opted to go to Zips. They tried to do it with care taken not to ruin the comforter because they thought it was a down comforter. It came back with a few stains still on it. I asked them to redo it and this time the manager made sure first that he would not be damaging the item, and personally scrubbed it and pre-treated it which was a lot more than most would have done. He then put it through the cycle again watching it with care and and called me to let me know it was done. I know he was excited for me to see it. When I picked it up, it looked like the day I took it out of the package for the first time. It was perfect! Thank you Zips crew for the wonderful job you do with all of my items, but especially for taking extra special care of this one item. You all have truly earned my respect. See cute photo of culprit!!

Excellent service! The two staff members that received my laundry today treated me very well! They were courteous and polite! Go zips!
I am very happy about my experience. I needed a new zipper on a new jacket and it was going to cost 25 dollars.But a zips employee named Chris was able fix my zipper and saved me from paying the 25 dollar charge. I definitely recommend using Zips for any cleaning service and I will definitely be back for any cleaning service I need.
Hours said till 6:00pm. Not true. 5:55 locked up and gone. Destroyed 5 shirts and got nothing. Manager says to call every month to remind him. 8 months and nothing. Workers taking in clothes are very personable and good. Too bad nothing else is.
If I could give a 0, I would. I dropped off 11 BRAND NEW shirts, and 1 pair of pants on Saturday morning - was told they’d be ready for pickup today (Monday) by 5pm. Picked them up this evening, and went straight home. Didn’t even think to look at everything, just set them in the closet and went about my night. As I was planning my outfit for tomorrow morning, as I sorted through them all, I noticed WRINKLES, every single shirt had almost EVERY button cracked/broken, and strange dark marks that were not there before. I just moved to the area and have paid a lot of money to ZIPS in the past, but will never again. I want to be fully reimbursed for this HORRID mistreatment of my clothing and property.
