Kind of a somber experience honestly. Had a 'visitation to a funeral' kind of vibe. Was pretty giddy to get a new watch after not having one for so long since the invention of the cell phone. Buying a watch or a piece of jewelry is a time of heightened excitement for the customer. The shopkeepers should meet that level of excitement for a truly great experience.

Excellent shop, stopped by there today to get a link taken out of one of my watches and getting some others looked at. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
Friendly staff, knowledgeable with their craft, and they do right by the customer. I have a citizen eco drive that I hadn't used for several years. It wasn't working & they confirmed that it needed more direct light than what I had it in to power it up. They also did a quick refit free of charge. I appreciate the great service!
