Placed an order on 2/14/21 to be ready on 2/15/21 for me to pick up. Came by around noon on 2/16/21 the store is closed because of the weather. Although the sign in the window states opening late. Checked the website and it's showing closed the rest of the week. Open Sat-Sun-Mon 10 to 3pm. Then closed the rest of the week Meanwhile all the rest of the stores around it are open for business. Completely unprofessional for a business catering to businesses. I can understand opening late, but the parking lot and main roads are clear and down to the pavement. I guess they could care less about working.

Although the store floor is quite clean, the men's restroom is not. I was shocked by the condition of the bathroom. It was dirty and in my opinion, looks not to have been cleaned in quite some time. Towel dispenser was broken. At least they threw a roll of paper towels on top, I'll give them that. Unsanitary.
This was a wonderful experience the lady who helped me she stayed with me the whole way through not because she was thinking I was shoplifting but because she wouldn't make sure I got everything I needed and it was really nice to have like escort service Glen Carbon is a manager and I wish I would have grabbed the girl's name that was helping me this tonight thank you guys for the wonderful experience and I should have mentioned a great deal that I got on the printer the little portable printer like I've always wanted
This store is great. Very very helpful. I bought an expensive printer and needed assistance trying to get the printer ink figured out. Robert took so much time figuring it out and fixed it! He was so pleasant and didn’t give up.
Picked up print product and it was damaged. Employee was rude/not helpful. Tried to purchase things in the store but couldn't get anyone to ring me up.
