The owner was quite offensive when I was trying to obtain a replacement needle valve that had broke after 2 months of use. This was 2 months ago now and I still have not received my repaired or replaced needle valve? At this point I have finally given up and will just buy another brand of needle valve to replace the defective one, as I get a feeling I will never see the one that I sent back. Not pleased with this company it will no longer by Perry Products.
