Excellent experience. A lovely style and recommended some hair products that I also purchased. My hair looks and feels healthy. And the salon’s prices are very reasonable. Great value and experience overall!

I give the salon and other staff a 5 ️ But MIMI I would give a 1 star just for her customer service. She overly processed my hair even though knowing we would do sessions to get to the blonde I wanted. I went in to get face framing and loved it so I went in again for highlights and she destroyed my hair.. and well black hair dye saved my hair a bit from it falling more. I don’t recommend MIMI as your stylist No brush should turn from black to blonde. Made the top of my hair look like a skunks tail. Was only happy with results until I washed all oils out and seen the real damage that hair conditioners and oils mask.

Horrible customer service. I came to my appointment that was scheduled a week ago for the hair color and cut. The appointment was scheduled @3:45 pm and @3:17 pm I got a call from Amber asking me if I am coming for my appointment. I told her that I am on my way and I came to the salon @3:30 pm. However, when I came in, I immediately found out that Janet (who was supposed to get my color done) is sick. I was told that she sent me a text message around 1pm to let me know that she is sick, but I never got it. I understand, that situation like this happens, but all you need to do is to call customer and let the customer know. I would never waste my time and come to the salon if I knew that my color stylist is sick. Please be professional and respect the customer time and call if you need to cancel - at least to verify that your text message was received.

I can not recommend this place enough!!! I LOVE this place. I first heard about it from my roommates sister and her hair turned out BEAUTIFUL. When I got my hair done it was a cute and color with Natalie and I loved how it turned out!! Natalie is the best!! She is so nice and she listens to everything that you want to get done. I also took my mom here just yesterday to Natalie as well. At first my mom was worried that by getting her hair cut too much would get taken off because she wants to grow it out. But, again, Natalie listened to my mom and only took off what was needed to and just cleaned it up.

The reason why I am leaving this rating is because I got a 90 keratin treatment on literally 3 inches of half head hairs and this is how my hair's look like after that. The product obviously had no effect because it was a cheap product. Ember was really nice though but honestly the product that was used was really bad and did not have any effect on hairs. Now I have been taking this treatment since several years and I know what to expect.
