Had to take a 1 hour train back and forth everyday. Painful. Sometimes info about delays is not well communicated

Ticket window attendant is always nice and the station overall is well maintained.
Trains generally come and go on time. Great little coffee shop inside! The guy at the coffee shop will even remember your name.
Station was nice and clean, the lady working at the counter was friendly. The best part of the station is that it is right in the heart of downtown Glen Ellyn.
Great way to get around when you have railroad as your option.
