Was less than thrilled with this place two separate times I went in for a rental waited for service got sized for boots only for them to tell me they didn’t have a board my size. I get Covid and the demand was higher you would think you could check first before wasting someone’s Time. Only reason I didn’t give it one is because the apparel inventory is good and the employees are friendly.

Your local ski shop\ features great selection; great sales; a dependable crew that's always willing to help, share an opinion, or stand back depending what you need; and most important: owners that care. Have been shopping here for more than a decade and been to all the location, and consistent thru it all is that our feels like a family in there. Always happy when i drop dollars here because it always feels like a good value. They heavily discount old inventory AND help you out with an annual swap meet to sell your old gear too. In this amazon/online world, it's great to have a family who's got your back for quality mountain gear! Thanks Ski Bum

My current snowboard set-up is 13 years old so I have been doing a little research and stopped in to see some of the new gear. Didn’t have the intention of purchasing anything but after talking with Jackson and having him bring out some boots for me try on, I decided to purchase a pair of DC boots. Kudos to the polite and personal approach Jackson took. I’ll certainly be back.

What a fantastic experience. I haven’t been snowboarding in over 10 years, so getting the right gear was a daunting prospect. Taylor was amazingly helpful. She was super patient, had plenty of recommendations in my price range, and wasn’t pushy at all. I left with everything I needed and a sense of confidence in what I ended up buying. Great shop. Had some XC ski bindings that I had on a pair of skis that I had placed for 20, fair price and the guy that put them on educated me about the special features. Highly recommended
