The store managers went out of their way to not issue a refund for a clearly defective product. Expected better customer service from WS.

Always a pleasant experience whether we're purchasing anything or not. This Williams-Sonoma is sensibly laid out, displays are bright and eye-appealing. Discounts are clearly marked. Staff are bright, knowledgeable, and friendly even just shy of closing time. I would go out of my way to shop at this particular store due to their exemplary customer service whereas in the past I have had problems with another one of the stores and their personnel.

They only allow 15 people in the store at a time. People are lined up in the cold waiting to go in. There were four employees, with only one actually on the register while the other 3 aimlessly walked around. It's disorganized with no sense of urgency for the customers waiting outside. Very poor customer service.

Very poor customer services. The staff had no knowledge about their products, instead they gave you false information to brush you off. Go to other stores if you can.

Extremely poor customer service. If William Sonoma cannot stand behind their food products you should not be selling them. Tom Merman was the assistant manager of the Brinton Lake store and was adamant about enforcing WS policy on the return of bad food. He had no authority nor understanding of allowing a return of a faulty product. If this is how you treat your loyal customers we will no longer have confidence in purchasing your food products. The many times I have shopped in the Brinton Lake store the customer service lacks and today reached a new level of unprofessionalism. I often shop at the Bellevue store in Philadelphia and the King of Prussia store and the customer service has always been exceptional.
