How about minus-5 stars. Gave these hacks a broken leaded glass cabinet door in August 2017. Small job, but they took the work. That was almost 7 months ago. Communication has been awful...I only hear from them when I initiate...and each time the message is the same: \We just need another week.\ Even had a firm delivery scheduled back in January, but the date came and went with no delivery and no explanation or follow up. It's become apparent that they have no intention of completing this. Shockingly unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!
