Ricky French was never a customer of Clear Fork Surveying. He asked for a quote and timeframe, we gave him one and he wasn't happy with the price. Then he called back and said another surveyor quoted him a cheaper price but it was going to take twice as long and he wanted us to match the other surveyors price but do it in the time frame we had originally quoted and we said no.

Not good experience at all They seemed very inexperienced and cold I was wanting a survey on a very small road front property 180 ft by 48 ft with very easy access I was selling to the adjoining property owner for 13 thousand dollars . Clear Fork told me it would probably cost more than the property was worth. Called another local survey company and in 45 minutes they had me a very reasonable quote The property is flat with no trees and right off a major highway a triangle with only 3 points to survey. Called them back after the other company’s quote to try and renegotiate a better price and they hung up the phone on me.
