We have an older Mahindra tractor and the dealer we had been using went out of business. Mahindra website showed 2 dealers near us. Needing parts, we called the closest one and was told they would have someone call us back. Have never heard back from them. We then called Glenco Equipment. I got a quick call back. Have used them multiple times since then, both the parts and service departments. They are always friendly and helpful. George has gone above and beyond to help me figure out what part(s) I need and work with us to get tractor into the shop and fixed. If you are looking for good, old-fashion customer service, look no further-Glenco Equipment is the place to go!

Todd answered all of my questions quickly and was great to work with. I am incredibly pleased with my tractor. He also went above and beyond by providing same day delivery to assist my wife in surprising me with this beauty. He covered all switches, levers, and knobs so I wasn't lost on anything. It's been a pleasure and I'm looking forward to working with this location again for future attachments.
