I absolutely love this place! My dog is very protective and can come off very aggressive but after having Salem take care of my baby, I have no issues dropping her off now! They are always responsive and quick to get back to me about how my babies are doing while in their care. I will never go to another animal hospital. All the nurses and staff are amazing. Thank you guys for taking such great care of us!

We've had a Banfield wellness plan for a year on two puppies. The folks in Biltmore at the standalone clinic were fantastic, but their specialized service is rather limited. We went to 43rd for heart diagnosis and imaging and even though we ended up opting out, the staff and the doctors are incredible. They have a way of simplifying procedures and explanations and they make you feel like you have a partener in your pup's health.
