I needed a price on a certain type of plywood.. guy says he can’t help unless I know what kind it is.. if I knew what kind it was I wouldn’t be there asking for it.. I said I needed to look at it to say this is it.. he say we can’t have anyone walking in the yard. That’s fine I get that, what about here are some samples which do you need.. nope didn’t even try didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there.. you can’t expect everyone that goes in there to know the name of all your products common sense ALLIANCE LUMBER..

My order was not very large so I was treated poorly and given many culls And would that look like dunnage when I questioned that high of a percentage of bad wood and a load I was told so what if you want to fancy lumber you have to special order when I ordered I asked for complete lumber not missing one side or split on the ends or still had bark on them I do not think I will return to alliance for anything unless I have 1 million order where I may be treated like a person

Took over 5 weeks to quote a lumber package, then they erroneously constructed the floor trusses and claimed zero responsibility. Refused to agree to any sort of concession whatsoever. Refused to discuss over the phone only would send empty excuses via email. Clearly didnt follow the elevations on the plan set then hide behind a partial detail and disclaimer in their paperwork. Additionally, the lumber take off was inaccurate and couldnt get the missed lumber quickly so we had to go directly to their suppliers.
