I needed locks on my house doors re-keyed. Victor called me prior to my appointment time which was very courteous of him because I wasn't home yet. Once he arrived, he was quick and professional with the re-key. He even made extra accommodation when I told him I needed different key for each door. I was very satisfied with the service Victor provided. Overall, I would highly recommend Arco Lock & Security to anyone.

The work performed left one lock very loose. Contacted ARCO to address the issue and they refused. Unbelievable! I give them a rating of Zero. Do Not use this company
