Love my new car!! My boyfriend surprised me so maybe I’m a bit biased He’s also a salesperson at Arrowhead BMW so maybe I’m EXTRA biased (ask for Steve Canzoneri) but I can honestly say I know some of the employees here on a personal level and Arrowhead really has a team of knowledgeable, kind people and you’d be in good hands with almost anyone there! Andrew is an excellent sales associate. I appreciate his thorough knowledge of their cars and my requirements. He came in on his day off to assist me. The entire team consisting of Michelle, Nathan, Guiseppi and Paco were great. It was also nice to see Jason again as he and Andrew assisted us with a truck purchase at a previous dealership. This was the best purchase I have ever experienced!

This Dealership is Absolutely Amazing. The Staff Is So Professional, Courteous, Accommodating, Friendly, and Caring. They Listen to your wants and needs, and far exceed your expectations every time. They make sure that your taken care of start to finish and that your extremely happy. From the experience when you by the car , to the Finance department, to the Service department, to taking care of you after the sale. They are always going above and beyond to help you. The Managers Nathan and Brandon and their entire Staff go out of their way to take care of you and make you a customer for life. This is the first BMW I have bought from this dealership. I will never buy my BMW’s at any other dealership again and I will be recommending them to all of my Family, Friends, and Clients.
