careful when using endoscopy service here. My mother had an endoscopy here 6 months ago and now furiously received an anesthesia bill by Grand Canyon Anesthesia that charged higher than the bill of the main endoscopy. It is because the anesthesia provider is non-network. My mother was not notified about it. The medical and finance responsibility documents were done right before the endoscopy without any explanation of how much arising fee or even giving out copies of the documents. Now the big bill seeks us because of the careless center's process and operation.

DO NOT USE unless you want them to book an Anesthesiologist who is not networked with your health insurance and not tell you then they did that and then you will end up with a 1,000 bill from the Anesthesiologist a year later. And when you ask them why they would book someone for you outside of your network, their response is \we do not bill for them.\ Awful customer service! And if they had asked me if I wanted an Anesthesiologist who was not in my network, I would have told them NO. Thanks for costing me 1,000. Appreciate it. Thanks for nothing.

would not recommend going after a car accident. After my first appt I waited for over and 1.5 hours for a ride and just started walking home. after about a mile in I took the bus cause i couldn't deal with the pain. I had a family member pick up a muscle relaxer script that the doctor can put somewhere. Any recommendations where you feel like someone is helping you and not milking you for numerous appointments? I am on day 3 after my first appointment and just want to go on the streets and get some drugs so I can die without pain.

Have undergone colonoscopies at Arrowhead in 2016 and again in 2019 and have received outstanding care and empathy from all of the team there on each occasion. All team members are professionals and are committed to performing procedures in a timely, efficient manner. I was impressed by the willingness of the team to answer my questions and by their congenial manner. As one other posted comment states, anyone who needs a colonoscopy should consider Arrowhead and Dr. Valdivia.
