I cannot recommend this office enough!! I’ve never fully felt confident in working with any dentist/orthodontist/doctor before in my life until Dr. Allard! From start to finish I was taken care of by everyone I worked with. Candice from the front desk is amazing!!! Special shout-out to her. As a 22 year old dealing with all the logistics of getting the operation done was intimidating but she helped me out immensely! Everything was explained clearly and I felt comfortable every step of the way. Same to be said for the techs as well! Everything and everyone was pleasant to work with! Excellent staff! I knew getting my wisdom teeth extracted was going to be difficult due to my dental history but Dr. Allard was brilliant! Again, cannot recommend this office enough!! :) i’m a very happy patient!

The staff is professional, personable, and positive. Dr. Allard explains exactly what is going to happen and what you, as a patient, can expect. Written instructions are clear and concise. Overall, the experience was as painless as possible. As a sidelight, there are recliners in the waiting area for those waiting for the procedure to be completed and to chauffeuring the patient home!

Both kids had their wisdom teeth out here. Dr. Allard is very nice and did an amazing job. Wonderful office staff. Candace at the front desk is very personable and friendly. Great office, great staff! Highly recommend!!

Very professional and nice staff who seek to care about their patients a lot and the experience. Great communication. Since getting oral surgery is not “fun” and can be quite scary they make the experience less anxious by ensuring you are prepared with information, what to expect, your meds, and post op comfort. I had no pain with my tooth extraction that couldn’t be managed with the amount of medicine I had been prescribed and with OTC medication. They also ensure you are seen a week after the procedure to ensure you are healing well. This is included in the cost of the procedure. Thank you for being so nice and friendly.

Arrowhead Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is an amazing office! Every person on staff from the front desk to surgeon assistants to insurance coordinator are so wonderful. Very happy, polite, reassuring, intelligent and helpful. I was referred to their office by a coworker that had surgery there and she raved about how well her experience went. Dr. Allard is a wonderful man and excellent surgeon. Easy to talk to, he explains everything in terms you can understand, he knows what he is talking about when it comes to oral/maxillo surgery. What stood out to me about him was him taking into consideration the possible mental trauma I may face as a young lady losing my upper 4 front teeth. That meant something to me even though I was more worried about getting rid of the infection in my face/tooth/jaw. His office works with a great dentist that made me an absolutely beautiful snap on smile to wear temporarily. You’d never know I just had 4 teeth removed just by looking at my smile now. I’m one week post op and was terrified of the anesthesia but the anesthesiologist was just as wonderful (Dr. Burger? I believe) I knew I was in great hands of an amazing team during my surgery. I can’t wait to finish healing and continue to work with Dr. Allard and his staff to my next step which is implants!
