Dr Baum in chiro is amazing. He takes great care of his patients. I drive from Avondale to see him and I have no regrets. His assistant Crystal is awesome as well!

My mom who is disabled attended an appointment today at the bell road location, her appointment was made for 1:45 and like every other patient she got there 20 minutes early. She was told to fill out paper work and at 1:47 they told her she had to reschedule because she was “late” yet she had been there for 20 minutes. Staff is terrible and asked to speak to supervisor or doctor because it was such a waste of time and was just told to make an appointment at a different location. They have no respect for the patients who are going there with pain and are trying to get help. If I could give zero stars I would, never had such a bad experience at any doctors office. Definitely not going back to any of their locations.

I cannot recommend this place due to lack of continuity of care, and inability to be reached easily. Even my primary care physician and surgeon said this place was very difficult to communicate with. In lieu of being harsh, I will just say I found a wonderful place that provides excellent pain management other than this place. There are excellent pain management facilities in the Phoenix area, unfortunately I personally don't believe this is one of them.

I have sat on hold for over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone the last 3 times I've called to schedule. This is all since Coronavirus, but that's a poor excuse, it's now November. They were absolutely flawless before with scheduling, at least in my experience. Now you have to drive there to make an appt. All 3 appts I've had in the last 2 months had to be made in person. I guess they don't patients. If you don't make a follow up appt bf you leave you will need to drive there to make your appt. That's really unprofessional. Most people have to take cabs and public transportation to get there. You have to go there in person to schedule your appt. Know this in advance. It didn't happen only once. I've sat on hold 4 days in a row for over an hour. I even tried to schedule online. I did find a way to contact someone there online through their website and have them return a call. That was also a complete failure. If you can get there to make an appt in person, plz consider seeing Dr Baum. He is an AWESOME Dr. He is very professional, experienced and educated. Excellent bedside manner. He always spends time, listens and answers my questions that I've had. He has helped me tremendously with my chronic pain. He also does acupuncture. I've mentioned the issue to the scheduling staff. But nothing has changed. Maybe a review will catch management eyes and be dealt with. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. AZ Pain Doctors is great! Front office is always smiling and helpful. Always get the time and day I need appt. I cannot say enough about Janet O. She is always listens and is never pushy. She gives me all the information about what she is doing. She is great!
