This store is huge! Staff was nice and didn't hover. Could be more organized (If this is helpful please give thumbs up.)
Shelves were not stocked. Staff offered to look in the back room but then said they had to stop and help someone else first. That happened several times. Ultimately purchased item, then found exact item at Home Store the next day for 50 less. Ugh.
Mediocre store at best. After you foolish stunt of dropping \My Pillow\ I, my family and friends have removed you from the list of stores we shop... Forever.
We love shopping at Bed, Bath and Beyond. The experience was always wonderful particularly the last visit. We bought several items from another store but one of them was defected as it seems. We had it a year ago and rarely use it. We decided to return it to this store and the lady named Mary processing our return and exchange it to a new one. Since they don't have them anymore at the store, she had to order it online and shipped to our home address. The shipping was fast and we received it 3 days later. This store also has a lot of collections and we are happy spend our money at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.
