it was June 2019 we were moving from Wisconsin and Kirstin was great about making us feel welcome to Arizona and choosing the perfect size unit. I see there are a number of reviews referring to her by name and she really is that outstanding

Kirstin (manager) has been absolutely awesome, dealing with so many complications from the horrible moving company I hired she has been so accommodating and provided the best customer service. It's rare to find the type of customer service and professionalism that her and Morgan who works on the weekend!. Great people all around!
What a Blessing to have been a customer at Belltower Mini storage since 2015. The kind service and professionalism that the manager Kirsten provides, always makes me feel my stored items are safe and cared for. In fact, after all these years, I have never experienced any problems. I highly recommend storing your items here. It is a safe and affordable place!!
I am a small business owner and am on a shoe string budget and my time is vary limited and valuable so I greatly appreciate the staff and manager at bell tower storage I have rented many storage spaces in the past and I have never been treated by a manager at a storage facility the way I was by Kirsten. She was thorough and to the point, she was professional and she offered a solution to my problem. Upon my first visit to the facility she explained what was available and the cost and showed me any unit that I was interested in and she did it with a smile she was obviously in a great mood. When I left that mood had rubbed off on me and I left with no unanswered questions. I decided that day that this is a place I wanted my property it's safe here as there is onsite staff 24 hours a day. My second visit Kirsten once again greeted me with a smile and was in a good mood she was thorough and fast and had me in a unit and ensured I had everything I needed to be secure. I'm now three months into renting here and I've never been happier with a facility there aren't any like this one and that's because there aren't managers like Kirsten she really cares about the property she cares about the customers and she maintains a clean, safe and secure place. In closing I would like to say I can always tell when an employer notices and treats there employees well because there happy and have a positive demeanor just like Kiersten does. I think whoever is in charge of Kiersten has done an amazing job and it's projected through the amazing job Kiersten does
I love it there. I rented a self storage unit and I have to say they have the best prices in town. The lady that runs the place was very pleasant to talk to and I would recommend everyone go pay her a visit and while you're there rent a storage unit. You'll be very happy that you did.
