Horribly company that only sees people as numbers. Uncaring is an understatement. Maybe this bad review will help some keep away from this toxic environment. If you love your family member, you won't move them here. Unless you want them to violate their rights, then boldly lie about it.

My Brother has been a resident at Brookdale for almost five months and I haven't seen him this happy in a facility in years. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make him feel welcomed. He likes the food and gets the care he needs. His room is always clean as well as his clothes. Putting him in Brookdale was a good decision and I know he is well cared for.

We have my mother here in the assisted living side, she does suffer from Alzheimer’s and I found the staff to be caring and administrators are very good about communicating on any issue that may arise. She has been there for over two years and we are very happy with the care she receives. I did notice that since Brokedale took over the administration has become come much more proactive with the communication we receive. The staff does a very good job with the care they provide. My father in law is in the Memory Care unit and they take very good care of him. He Is kept clean and so is his room. They also communicate whenever there is an issue.

Awful the facility is grossly understaffed they have one housekeeper and one maintenance worker for the entire facility.And to top it off they don't have a dr on staff
