Minimal wait to see Dr. Goodman. This was the final follow up visit for my rash. It took a couple of months but I'm pretty much healed at this point. This was a difficult problem to diagnose and treat... The staff here are dedicated, friendly and professional. On one visit a couple of days before Christmas, they worked me into their schedule when they could have just as easily scheduled me after Christmas... These people get my vote! Highly recommended!

Dr Ryan Stevens is the best dermatologist! I’ve been going to him for over 5 years and followed him to this location. I’ve had skin cancer and he is so thorough during my annual follow up visits to make sure nothing new has cropped up, aggressive if there is, and i don’t feel his biopsies he does on me..he is gentle, caring & personable. All the office staff are caring and efficient too. Highly recommend him and this office!

I had a 3 o'clock appointment but received a voicemail stating they wanted to bump it up to 2:20. I called and said that I would try to make 2:20 but will most likely be 3 since that is how I planned my day. They said it wasn't a problem. And then I received a text message saying my appointment was at 3. I arrived at 2:40 and filled out the paperwork. After noticing people that came in after me go in and the time being 3:30 I spoke to someone. They said because I was late they would get to me when they could. And that the text they sent me saying it was at 3 should have just been ignored. I am absolutely furious over this visit (my first). I will be looking elsewhere in the future.

New patient. Front office staff was great. They were way overbooked. Had to wait an hour after my appointment time to get taken to a room. Then 15 min to be seen. Dr was good and personable, nurse seemed to be having a bad day. Was in the office 1 hour 40 minutes total. I will go back for follow up, but if wait is that long again i will find another office.
