I am posting this review on behalf of my family. We needed special care for my nephew Juan. We were very impressed by the home care nurse Irina B. RN who went far above and beyond on a daily basis to care for Juan. We also appreciate Marissa, the case manager who worked with Irina to make sure he had the best care for his amputation. We highly recommend ComCare for their incredible service. Thank you again for you’re awesome job! Flores Family

If you are referred to this company by Kaiser, you should contact Kaiser and advise them you desire a different company. Was contacted on Friday to start treatment and by Tuesday, still have not recieved treatment from a contract company. Kaiser buisness and patients must notnbe important. On Monday i recieved a notification from an unnamed male from the office about scheduling an appointment for the evening, he told me from 500p to 630p. His politeness and respectful manners has a lot to be desired. Its now 630p, a wasted evening waiting for very needed care on an open wound from a motorcycle injury. Called the company at 630p and recieced a call back from a polite and responsive receptionist, she is attempting to call the nurse assigned to the appointment, I'm hoping I'm still on the list for treatment tonight. Recieved a call from a blocked number, phone doesn't ring through with those. When i called back, a polite person advised i would recieve a call from the nurse. She was advised the nurse was never advised of the appmt and it was a miscommunication. So no treatment was given on monday. She politely told me the nurse would call that night to schedule an appmt for Tuesday. No phone call Monday night and it's 1030a on Tuesday and still no call or treatment. Service is bad and the ratings are in par.
Just had the worst experience with this company. They are totally incompetent and unprofessional both in behavior and services. How do you show up to catheterize and get a urine sample from a patient and not come with a label for the urine cup lubricant for the catheter or things to clean the patient up to get a clean specimen? I am floored. Not only was it a killer of our day because they did not carlton set and confirm appointment times as they were supposed to, but further once the nurse found out or realized he had no lubricant I had to call the company and speak to a manager. She was equally unprofessional. After numerous excuses were given, and the visiting nurse went to the pharmacy to buy lubricant, he returned only to realize he had no supplies to clean her up before catheterizing. I should not have been shocked when I saw it was only 2.7 Stars but further I cannot recommend this company. They are horrible unreliable and untrustworthy.
I really appreciate the awesome job of an LVN Ms. Marnetta Wilson. She is very dedicated nurse, who is taking care of evaluating, monitoring providing check up of my wife's (Lili oblitas) health care issues. She is on time very customer oriented staff. She is reporting to the physician, whatever healthcare problems noticed. Since the patient is suffering lungs and breathing disease, using O2 tanks and tubes. She educated us how to use all these sophisticated equipment and medical devices. Thanks for the wonderful staff and services.
