2 stars because I've always been satisfied with my doctors and especially the pediatrics. But only 2 stars because since I have been their patient, not only have they disclosed my information to unauthorized people, but i have also had alot of complications with their dentistry. Since I have been a patient at cchc dental, I have had 3 molars removed, #15 was cracked during the removal of #16. And i have now developed 11 more cavities and am in need of a root canal or yet another extraction! I could never get a reasonable appointment. Im not waiting 6 months to get fillings! They have never followed up with mr about any of my broken bones i have sustained in the past year. And every time I go, I see a new doctor.. not sure what took me so long to start looking for a new clinic.

This health center is close in proximity with lots of parking options. I give it one star because they fail to update their records, fail to give the correct contact information for inquiries, fail to give adequate care, and fail to bill correctly. I've been to the Quest Diagnostics and the dentist and the doctor's here. Quest Diagnostics used old gloves and touched the screens, pens, and computer keyboard before drawing my blood without washing hands. The dentist postponed our appointments for 4 months during Covid for an emergency broken tooth and then sent us a letter saying they no longer are in network, leaving us with a deeper cavity & more expenses elsewhere. The doctor looked at the sprained ankle I had and all but said \you should see a doctor\. They forget to bill you and then send you late fees. Overall, I'm happier elsewhere.

The doctors and nurses have treated me well. The front desk is usually always rude or unhelpful in some way. Almost bothered if you have a question. KEEP ALL YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPTS FROM THIS OFFICE. Any time I’ve paid my co-pay with cash, they try to double bill me with a bill in the mail. Luckily, I always keep medical receipts, so I can dispute the extra charge. Try paying with a card everytime, but if you use cash, KEEP THE RECEIPT. Overall, the medical service is fine, but the customer service is bad.

I used to visit this clinic, but followed my doctor when she left. The service is pretty good and the wait times are reasonable - I don't think I ever had to wait more than twenty-five minutes before being seen. Best, and most importantly, I'm almost always seen by the doctor I chose. Even so, the facilities are average at best.
