This company has terrible business practices. We did a whole walk through with them and they sent us an extremely high estimate. We exchanged several emails with them and they took a very long time to reply! Ignored a lot of our requests for updates. When we did our research & asked them to change some items to more affordable ones they just told us the job wasn't worth it and dropped us!! They literally waisted 3 weeks of our time be aware of their practices unless you agree to their VERY high price they will drop you and waste your time !

We recently had our hardwood floors redone and in the process two of our fire sprinkler caps got knocked off and broken. Once I realized that I couldn't replace these by going to Home Depot, I called every Fire Sprinkler and Protection company I could find on Google and Yelp, to see if I could purchase through them. The only company that would even speak to me without a 300 minimum service charge to come out, was CV Fire Protection. They came to our house, looked at the sprinklers and ordered replacements for us a fair price! He didn't even charge to come to our house. Their service and willingness to go above and beyond for some minimal cost replacement parts has us as a customer for life. Thanks CV Fire Protection!!!!
