I endured bullying from this place by a Navajo tech named Brenda. I have complained several times and yet nothing has been done. Since I switched bays she now schedules inexperienced techs in the the bay I am in. All techs have complained and yet nothing is done! She had made me go 6 days with no treatment due to her bullying. I am ready to transfer to Fresnius. At the other location estrella I was not taken seriously and I transferred and I get treated the same. Davita does not hire professional staff.

I have been attending this facility on & off for the past 15 years & highly recommend this facility. Wonderful, attentive, caring, sterile, & I trust the staff both doctors, techs, social workers..the entire team works together and I'd recommend this facility to anyone struggling to locate a wonderful facility!
