The over all experience with the Dr.is great. My only complaint is getting a hold of someone here. I have called for the last two weeks and no one ever answers a live call. You leave voicemail's and they do not return calls. Dr. Jacinto has done a great job caring for my daughter but they need to work on customer service with in the admin side. Another suggestion would be to have an online appointment book and skip needing to call a receptionist. I think an online appointment book would make a lot more people happy and easier to get an appointment. It's sad when you have to drive to the location just to talk to a live person to set up a appointment.
