I’ve lived here since 2018 and the main thing I have to say is the management is amazing. My current situation has been quite strenuous with a lot of changes going on. The team here has been so responsive and supportive with trying to help accommodate my needs. I would 100% recommend just on the office staff alone.

Bait and switch, they show on and give you excuses why you can't see the one you are actually renting. Once they have your money and you get in the apt. is nothing like the one they show. They also talk to you like they know it all and you know nothing. The only thing that was done right was we got our deposit back in time as I was prepared with the state of AZ to bring charges. You won't get what you pay for because some features never did work. Thank goodness we only needed two months.

I lived here for two years. It was a great apartment for the rent price. Clean and well taken care of. The dog park was a huge plus. It always felt safe and well lit in the parking lots. The staff was always there if you needed maintenance done. The laundry room was always relatively clean. The only negatives I can think of are in the apartment, and purely cosmetic. The cabinets weren’t the same color and some things were outdated. Though the property manager always had new stuff coming in and updates to keep these old apartments good. I will always recommend my family and friends here for a great first apartment.

800 for a stuido that got infested with roaches the first week we lived there. Don't bother with pest treatment they provide its not helpful at all. No one in the office know what they are doing. They make it look good on the outside but don't fall for it I did and they've been screwing me over ever since.

I've lived here for almost a year in February and have yet to see or kill a roach. They're very professional as well when there's a problem in your apartment they send someone right away which is great.

honestly I would say these apartments are good if this is your first time living on your own .... these aprtments are extreamly old BUT i never had any bug issues or noises late at night. everyone minded there own business. the front office is nice no promblems there. since the apartments are extreamly old your appliances might not work that great like the oven so i tried not to bake things if i didnt have to. but other than that it was perfectly fine staying here i felt safe.

Lived here for a about 6 months. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to my maintenance request. Quiet and affordable.
