Great place to learn self-defense. Everybody is super friendly so you will never feel out of place. 10/10 would recommend. Very kid friendly as well.

Great Jiu Jitsu school. Awesome kids program and adult program. Great group of people. This gym also has access to Muy Thai and strength and conditioning for people that want to cross train. If you’re looking for a BJJ school in Glendale you found it!
