Dr. Nelson has treated my husband for many years after other doctors were unable to successfully resolve complicated issues. In addition to his advanced skills and experience, Dr. Nelson brings an extraordinary level of compassion, professionalism and surgical expertise. Russ travels for work and is often away from home for extended periods. Our one regret concerning Dr. Nelson is how often we ask him to 'jump in' and help after other professionals are unable to help. This week he has once again fit Russ into his schedule. It's challenging to find the words to express our appreciation when this amazing man has the kindness and generosity to help when all else has failed. Dr. Nelson prevented Russ from a surgery that would have had negative consequences for the rest of his life. His staff is also among the best of the best! These amazing professionals ensure that messages are relayed and everything possible is done to work with the patient. Thank you!

Office has gone completely down hill. Been a patient for 10 years and today waa treated with the utmost disrespect by office and on call service refusing to take a message. I was given a letter by insurance companyto STOP going to the ER. Can't get an appointment and can't leave urine at office nor do they allow you to leave a message on after hours for doctor on call. Messages left during the day take days for a call back if you even get a call back. What happen dr Nelson?
Dr. Nelson clearly stated that my Uro Lift procedure would be covered by my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I was not. I ended up with an out of pocket expense of 4,428.00. He neglected to produce proper medical information to my insurance. My insurance deemed my procedure as not medically necessary and refused payment. I’ve exhausted all appeals spanning over a year to no avail. This suspicious charge for a 20 minute exam is outrageous. Beware.
I was dreading having a procedure that should have been done long ago, finally got the courage to go through with it after meeting with Dr. Nelson as he put me to ease with his vast knowledge and caring attitude. The procedure was a breeze and couldn't believe how simple and painless Dr. Nelson made this. I would DEFINITELY recommend this team for anyone needing a urologist. Thank you again Dr. Nelson!
Dr. Nelson came highly recommended and i'm more than happy to recommend him to others. My vasectomy procedure was better than expected. Staff was great. It took longer than i'd like to get in for the procedure, but that's because everyone wants to go to him. It was worth the wait.
