Doctor Bootwala is such a refreshing professional who is skilled, knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. She made world of difference for us while my mother needed major kidney surgery. Plus she was able to talk directly with my mom in SPANISH; which helped my mother feel safe, ready as well as mentally and emotionally prepared for this process. We had to do our own research to finally find her, we had met with several different urologist before her, but as soon as we met with her my mom knew she was exactly who would meet her needs and who also had the experience to address her health problem. The surgery went great and she was very helpful and attentive after the process. Writing this in hopes it doesn't take others as long to find such a great Urologist like it took us. Everyone deserves to be treated by someone who has knowledge, skill and empathy.
