If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I'm pregnant with health issues. They found bed bugs and sprayed alcohol with everyone still inside. Then refused to let anyone leave including pregnant people. This place is not worth my health! Definitely not worth it! Don't work here if you care about your health.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. My husband has worked there for over a year he has been a good employee despite the fact of constantly finding emply alcohol bottles, drug residue, and used needles in the bathroom. Still through all of that he minded his business and pushed through. Now as of this week BEDBUGS have been discovered in his office 3 different times the first time it was completely ignored and told the employees it was a \sewer bug\ I'm sorry but the two look nothing alike. The second time they came around with a bottle of alcohol and sprayed the chairs and told the employees if they did not stay and get back to work they would be fired for job abandonment. Then today after a MANAGER found one in his office they FINALLY let the employees go home at 3PM. This is complete and total negligence on this employer's behalf and totally breaks the legal obligation to protect the health well being of their employees. I have made my husband strip in the back yard and spray himself down before coming in the house to shower when he gets home from work do you know how humiliating that is? ... we have brand new very expensive mattress that we purchased after our wedding and cant afford an infestation! Let alone all of our clothes and other furniture! I'm LIVID and completely DISGUSTED!!! DO NOT WORK HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT.
It's a call center. If you need a job, it's ok. Room for advancement is a reality. You could become a supervisor in much less than a year. In fact in about 4 to 6 months. You need to be on time, put in the effort, educate yourself on the products, processes relevant to your current role, and the one you might want, then go for it. Like any company, there are some things that I've improved upon. However, please take special note that some things could be improved upon simply are not in the direct authority of Empereon. The customer, who Empereon employs, for specific projects, dictates how the employees are educated, and how calls are handled. So that said, just know that if you plan on taking on a role here, you must go into it with a open mind, and be flexible, adaptability is one key to success here.

This is very true brianna i dont work there but just got a call.....leave you do not have to stay there and rubbing alchol doesnt work anymore....bed bugs are worst than head lice
