Very quiet throughout the day and at night. The management is very nice and polite and they really know how to help. The other mobile home park are just not as nice and quiet as this. Definately a 5 star review.

We went to look at a place we were considering buying in this park. The first thing we noticed were kids EVERYWHERE. In the middle of the road playing and not even moving for our car. One brat even stood in front of our car with her arm's out. Of course no parents anywhere in sight. A few of the trailors looked ran down and some had bars on the windows. As you drive through you get the feeling it isn't a good neighborhood. There was trash everywhere. We liked the home we looked at and contacted the park only to be told that this trashy park requires a credit score of 620. No criminal check. Just a good credit score. We were told the credit requirements were to keep the \Riff Raff\ out. From the look of the park it doesn't look like they are succeeding.
The new management is doing a good job at improving the grounds. This is a lovely, peaceful area.
