Very poor selection of switch games in stock, and the guy working the counter (May have been the manager, my memory is fuzzy) was a smarmy condescending **** who talked down to me for not wanting to give the company my personal info for their loyalty program or whatever. Won't be back, reminded me why I hadn't shopped at one of these stores for over two years prior to my visit.

Clean store, everything was neatly organized. Customer limit was enforced which is wonderful in these trying times. Friendly staff.

Jason, who is apparently the General Manager, was extremely rude and condescending. The other employees are great and I've been coming to this location for six years, but I will not step foot in this building again because of Jason. I've even sent in positive reviews to corporate. I wouldn't believe he was actually this rude if he didn't also send my girlfriend out of the store in tears after refusing to help her in any way.I could hear him yelling at her from across the store when she called me crying. If you don't have the social skills to help a female without her leaving the store crying, you shouldn't be talking to people let alone managing a store.
