Dr. Day is the best! I’ve had many experiences with other vets and nobody comes close to him. He’s the perfect balance of compassion and sensitivity mixed with knowledge and honesty. He has seen my *very high maintenance* dogs for many different reasons (cruciate surgery, mass cell tumor removal, Valley Fever, infections/illnesses, etc.) over the course of a few years and he’s the only vet I trust. Thank you to Dr. Day, Dr. Brown, and the incredible staff for making every visit welcoming and comfortable. You guys are the best.

Staff very friendly, they take good care of my little boy. The curbside is great, you park and check in and they come and get your baby. The Dr. calls and goes over the visit and examine information. He was a happy camper. His visit and shots were reasonable.

Refused service because whoever called to confirm appointment got an attitude and raised her voice because I questioned why a Vet Tech couldn't read / translate a medical record to a Dr. I then informed her I would not be a repeat customer and would just complete this visit and not return. Then get a call from the office manager telling me they will not see my dog because I'm not coming back and they don't do business with people like that. Yes, I had an attitude after having the other person raise there voice and get rude with me, yes I told the office manager I would leave a bad review and would notate that I had an attitude after the treatment I received. I have seen how they respond to people, they will try and attack me as a person when all I wanted was care for my puppy and all they wanted was repeat money coming into their facility.
