In sept 2011 my ex performed custodial interference by keeping my son rom going back to school it took police involvement & an OOP just to get him to return to school, i pressed charges of custodial interference on her & the prosecutor refused trial because of a petition my ex presented as an order when it was a petition stating she had custody when an actual custody order stated custody resided with mysef, glendale failed to do their job in upholding the low of custodial interference. They continue to charge mostly men for these crimes, when is glendale gonna take the balls to charge females for their crimes. equality for all & fairness to none seems to be their motto. If i were u i wouldn't trust ur case here, they dont do their jobs. Men get charged mre then women & women have been performed domestic violence & custodial interference in glendale & never been charged... save the trouble & keep it out of glendale
