The ladies at the front desk were rude. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival and all the questions I had were answered with short, monotone answers and attitude. Not a very warm welcome. They were quick to get me in for the procedure, but that’s the only thing that went smooth. Kind of hard being a patient in pain and seeing medical professionals who show you they don’t care. If you’re not happy with your job, you can always work somewhere else!

The sonographer Karineh was very nice. She is diligent and very good at what she does. So far I’ve never had a sonographer like her, I was upset before about the visit but she quickly consulted my problems which made me feel way better. She deserves a full five stars although I am rating this on my overall visit.

Had an appointment for My Wife 1t 12:30 we showed up at 12 waited and were told they do not have Doctors referral as their fax did not work!!!!!! After resolving the issue on Aug 13, we waited for the doctor to call with results, when we made an inquiry we found out they have not received the results from Imaging center after one week. When I called, their excuse was it is done automatically, In Reply to why they did not follow up the failure, she got upset and started being rude. Very unprofessional place.

Stopped by for a neck X-ray without an appointment around morning hours and the wait was not bad at all. Nice, professional employees and front office ladies helpful as well. Quick easy in and out process.
