If I could rate this post office any lower I would. This office is not only the slowest but is the most prone to mistakes compared to ANY other one I have ever used. Including out of this state. I have never seen a slower office in my life. I am speaking for all of my family, (which even speaking to the Post Master General) doesn't seem to help. For instance, I have a package that was accepted by the P.O. on the 10th and was scheduled to be delivered by end of day on the 11th. It is now 10:00 p.m. on the 12th and the tracking number still shows it was accepted on the 9th, transferred to p.o. at 9:a.m. on the 10th and supposed to be delivered by end of day. The p.o. I used to have at 19th and Union Hills was so much more efficient and if the website said it would be delivered, it was. This p.o. is a joke and an embarrassment to the actual carriers who care and deliver. I am disgusted! This is only one of many issues of me and my family over the years. So much, that we are considering getting a p.o. box outside this area. You should be ashamed and fired for not doing your job! As basic as it is, a chimp could be taught to do better.
Worst post man ever...leaves important mail in wrong boxes...bank info medical docs...bills he dont care...now i can walk 2 miles to post office on bed rest because my kiddneys are failing...because i need to sign for a letter...and he could not be bothered to bring it to my door....worst of all i cant even talk to a person when i call...
