Their customer service equal to zero. They dont answer the calls for reporting outage. Additionally I have found out that contrary to GWP's claim they bill me for electricity usage based on their estimates almost 50% of the time. Why did GWP install smart meters if they are not going to use them? Who gave the GWP the right to guesstimate my usage and bill me incorrectly? Is this not fraud? Inwill be following up on this issue.

Why am I being charged 616.55? I am the only one living in a one bedroom apartment. I do not use a computer and I just have a TV and ipad. Where is all this power coming from? My bill is usually 120-170 and its been that way for years (since 2016) being in Glendale. Why is my bill so high? I will be coming in person to dispute this since you havent answered my calls. EDIT: I called multiple times and was told they are sending out someone to look at the meter. A week goes by, no call, so I call back, Im told the meter was locked and so they will call my apartment to get a key. They said they called with no luck of anyone answering so they cancel the second meter check time. I call maintenance and they pick up first thing, he said the power company is trying to pull one over on me because a key ISN’T NEEDED to see the meter. He said he would call them to give them his info. I get a letter the next day saying they will send my bill to collections if I dont pay immediately (within 3 days) without even properly trying to check my meter. This is why monopolies like this company should be illegal.

Unnecessarily expensive electricity bills due to the PG&E monoply. 0.23 per KWh is almost double than other states, it should be 0.15 per KWh max during \High Season.\ I don't blame GWP for this however they should do something about these high prices.

I'm not sure why they don't have a 5 star rating because every single person I spoke to at GWP was very king, helpful and patient. Not one person had an attitude and when I was having issues with the website they were very patient with me, especially Oscar. He was so patient and walked me through the issues I was having with an application. So kind and helpful. GWP gets an A from me! Thank you!

Ive lived in different parts of Phoenix and LA County and never had problems with power like I do since moving to Glendale. Last summer I had to buy a backup power supply just to keep my computer from getting fried during the constant black outs. Their service just isn’t reliable during the summer months.
