Called American Cleanouts for a job in my yard. they were able to quickly give me an appointment, came out on time and stuck to their quote. overall a very good experience after dealing with many lawn care companies that gave huge overpriced quotes.

Marshall answered to my Craigslist ad for yard work but had already filled the position. During out call he mentioned he does HVAC which I had also needed. I agreed to have him quote to repair my a/c units and was very eager to meet me at the property site on a Sunday afternoon. He calls and texts nonstop until you answer and does not allow you time to call him back and set a day and making the time. He insisted on coming same days, shows up, accuses you of not being at the property, shows up again within 20 min., then attempts to scam you for service charges he fails to communicate prior to his arrival. We had to call the police because he was in my face demanding payment and would not allow me to leave. He demanded money for parts in advance and labor because he was not going to use his own money. Days later, sends threats via text all hours of the evening. I am shocked Marshall is the face and voice of this company and still in business.
Kurt and his men are the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I will never use anyone else for demolition and dumpsters. Honest, On time, professional, and they have great prices!

Kurt's personal service & no pressure, as well as fair, upfront pricing was perfect to finish up for our recent move out of our home of 25 years. He was prompt in taking my call & we agreed to terms and timing. His crew works hard & fast. He charged by the size of the load, but he packs his trailer very tight so you get your money's worth! Then, just this past week, we needed to get rid of an old wood fence and trellis ASAP. I called Kurt since I had no idea how to get this done. He came over quickly to quote, and got it done for us! Next time you have a job too big to handle for you or someone else, give Kurt a call to see if he can help you out!

I love this company! My mother died in a nursing home leaving behind an apartment full of furniture, clothing, toiletries. AAA cleaned it all out, managed the process beautifully and charged me such an incredibly reasonable amount! What a great company!
