Graybar Electric Supply sold my husband faulty connectors for 96.90. They didn’t work when he tried to use them and when we went to return them, with the receipt, they would not refund our money. He has been an electrician for 30 years and will never go back here. I tried to talk to a manager but there were no managers in so I was given two phone numbers, neither manager answered and I haven’t gotten a call back. The product as well as the customer service was unsatisfactory.
