I am always skeptical about taking my car to a shop because we have all heard the horror stories. The owner is a true car enthusiast and knows what he is doing and how to treat your car properly. He is a straight shooter and very honest. Do not be afraid to take your high end car there because he will be very respectful of your pride and joy. Will definitely use again.

Great honest place. Jesse the owner is a very friendly customer focused guy. He got me in right away and even did the work on my car himself. They have a cool kids area for your kids to play as you wait for your vehicle to be repaired. They let you know everything about your car as they work on it so your always up to date on the status of it. Once again a great guy and thanks for the help.
Had a CEL P0300 which can be 1 of several things. I already checked google and they said it most likely is a coil pack but you should also check the MAF resistance, and plug gap, and cylinder walls for oil. All of which are simple enough for a backyard mechanic but due to the heat i figured to have Honest 1 do the diagnostic and work for me. Instantly they told me how busy they are and how its gonna take a while to look at the car which i was fine with since i have 2 vehicles. 5 days or so later i get a call telling me they check the codes and said it was a faulty coil pack which i already figured. I asked how did you come to the conclusion? They replied with that is what the code says is wrong. We all know these codes arent 100% and still require diagnostics work to ensure you're not wasting your . They said its cheaper to replace the parts then to check them. So i said ill pay for you to check them and the service if in fact you are correct. They called back 5 days later saying the car isn't repeating the problem and they cannot do anything. Total BS. If you want to throw for nothing, then this is your spot! Thank god Honest 1 isn't in the medical industry!!!!!
Number one ST/RS shop in Arizona I trust them much more than I trust Ford dealerships and the prices are great! Bays are always full that’s a strong sign on its own!
Still a great place for car service! After another couple of services at Honest 1, I can still say this. Great people, great service. My go-to car fixit place.
