This place was TERRIBLE. Packed waiting room, clueless receptionist. They charged me the wrong copay twice in a row after I had to wait on a very overcrowded waiting room. Then, they billed my old insurance after I provided my new insurance and ID. The 500 bill was for 60-74 minutes of \procedural service\ when I was seen by the doctor for less than 10 and sent home with absolutely nothing to help pass my kidney stone, nor manage the pain. Save yourself the time and headache. Do NOT go here.

Worst staff and office manager I have dealt with in the Medical field. Once not long ago his lobby was full of people---not any more. His staff appears to blow people away, where patients go someplace else. This is a shame because Dr Tay is professional but unaware of what is going on! Is his staff attempting to sabotage his business??????
Had a large kidney stone removed as well as the stint at a later date. I was very satisfied with Dr. Bootwala. She exudes confidence, yet still made me feel cared for and respected. She was very clear, up front and honest about the process and the potential things that could go wrong along with the realistic likelihood. I felt well informed. Everything happened very close to the time frame I was given without waiting. She also expressed a passion to help me figure out how to prevent similar issues moving forward. Very pleased with her office staff and assistants as they too were descriptive and made you feel comfortable.
Dr. Tay is great, the staff definitely needs help. I refused to pay a convenience fee of 150 for their new anesthesiologist and have chosen to do outpatient instead. My concern is if I would have the procedure done in the office they wouldn't want to see me, but now I have to have labs done so they can collect another co-pay. Oh and by the way, this started 2 days before my scheduled surgery date and I had to call them to find out if they had done the scheduling as promised by the office manager Ernestine. After being on hold, they got it scheduled when I called....unreal patient care and concern.
Literally the worst doctors office I've ever seen. They want YOU to follow up with them after appointments. They have you run the same test multiple times and tell you go ahead and drop the samples off anytime they're open. Only problem is, they're never open. At least at the Biltmore location. And they'll say, oh we didn't have any appointments, so we didn't open. This place is a joke and a money scam for co-pays. Find another urologist. Don't waste your time or money.
