THEY OVERCHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG! I was offered a free dental exam at a health fair at my school. Being the poor college student that I am I took them up on the offer. I went in and found out that I had several cavities that I needed taken care of. When they went over the work I needed to get done I was astounded at how much they wanted to charge me (I don't have insurance). I decided to get a second opinion.. low and behold the dentist who runs the place was saying I had decay on teeth that had none, as well as on sides of teeth that are perfectly fine. Not to mention he was trying to charge me almost twice as much for each cavity as the other place I went to. Below are the pictures of the recommended work from each of the two dwntists I went to. If you need dental work DON'T COME HERE! They will try and get as much money as they can out of you. Go to Dr. Robert Matthews D.M.D at 12801 W. Bell Road Suite 149 in Surprise. It may be a longer drive but you can actually trust that dentist to be honest about the work you need done and quote you a fair price for it, definitely worth the gas.

The treatment was good. But I swear this business has been under new management in all the 3 years I've been with them I never know who is managing my account. My account was sent to collections due to them being extremely disorganized I've given them the information for my card to charge my bank account and I've given them my insurance information and nothing has been taken out and no phone call. I just get a collections report on my credit. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you like people who are disorganized. A half assed treatment and very rude receptionists then sure this is the company for you.

I have been with this company for years. This past year has particularly been an awful one. There was a change in management a few months ago and the new office staff is HORRIBLE. They are rude, pushy, and completely unprofessional. Within the past month 3 brackets on my braces have popped off for no good reason. MARY the office manager is the most unprofessional, unkind, and the least understanding person in the business. She told me over the phone that she was not going to speak kindly to me! She even YELLED over me when I was trying to make my points, and was completely condescending. She acted like this during my long list of complaints about the manner in which they have run my account with them-- they have NEVER kept track of my payment plan and have kept me in my braces for 6 months longer than I should have them because no one bothered to READ MY FILE when I went in for adjustments! You would think that's important, right? This place has such a high turn over rate of both office staff and doctors/dental assistants because they DO NOT know how to properly run a business! I know I'm not the only one with issues with them because (literally) EVER SINGLE TIME I go in for an appointment, there is another customer at the desk complaining about how the office has lost a record, has lost their payment information, has somehow \lost\ cash payments and is double charging people, and the last time I was in the office (earlier this January), a man was threatening to take them to court because they lost his wife's insurance and were charging them with bills that their insurance should be getting instead! So unorganized, such an awful business. My account is canceled with them as of today. I am finding another office that actually cares about the needs of their clients and doesn't lie to steal their money, AND is responsible enough to take the blame when they mess up! What a shameful business.
